Beautiful location just off other major sightseeing spots, many good attractions, and lovely garden in a very quite area. Queen room with a terrace, very comfortable beds, for instance.

The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. They provided helpful suggestions for places to visit nearby and the B&B was conveniently located near major sightseeing spots. Additionally, the breakfast served was hearty and delicious, setting a great start to the day.
There were a few drawbacks during our weekend stay. the room was not suitable for more than three people as there was only one bathroom and no other facilities for washing hands or using the toilet.

The historic house, with its rambling rooms and beautiful gardens, offers a unique glimpse into old Australia. The hosts, Karen and John, are experienced and caring, providing exceptional personal service. The sumptuous beds and well-appointed bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay. The surrounding farmland and trees are filled with beautiful wildlife, from the cooing Australian Magpies to the occasional sight of a Koala. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with the proximity to the scenic Shipwreck Coast and historic Port Fairy, makes Butterfly Farm the ideal base for a family adventure.
For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor activities for kids.

The hotel's service and housekeeping were top-notch, and our room had all the amenities we could ask for, including a cozy sitting area and a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The room was well-equipped with an electric kettle, comfortable beds with electric blankets, and a flat-screen TV. The staff provided excellent tourist information and accommodated our every request. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the sun terrace and the garden area. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and we appreciated the on-site car park and luggage storage.

The location of this bed and breakfast was somewhat convenient, as it was reasonably near some good attractions in the Great Ocean Road. it was quite a distance from places to eat, so be prepared to drive if you want to eat out. the room was comfortable, but the bathroom was a little outdated. the service was pleasing enough and the breakfast was good, but not exceptional. the view from the room was fine but nothing spectacular.
The walls were thin and the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard quite easily, which made it challenging to relax.

Our recent stay in a charming country B&B was everything we could have hoped for and more! the house was simply beautiful with lots of character and rustic charm. the beautiful location set amongst fields and trees was so peaceful. Conveniently close to a small town and a short drive from a popular tourist attraction. Thirdly, we had the chance to enjoy the delicious breakfast served with local produce. This made us feel so nourished to start our day. We would absolutely recommend staying in this peaceful setting in the countryside to anyone looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
If you are looking for an active nightlife or a variety of dining and entertainment options, this may not be the right place for you, as it is located in a quieter area that offers limited options. there was a slight delay in getting some of our requests met, but the friendly staff made up for it with their kindness and willingness to help.

I had the most wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The vintage decor and antique furniture added a cozy touch to the house, and my room was spacious and clean. I even had a stunning claw-foot bath in my room, which was a luxurious treat. The hosts were welcoming and provided me with detailed maps and recommendations, making my trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and fresh fruits. The location was perfect for exploring the Great Ocean Road, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Butterfly Farm Bed And Breakfast for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
